This oddity is a classic centrepiece or background plant. Also known as the "African Onion" or "Octopus Plant", Crinum is very forgiving and can take low light and nutrient levels. Its leaves are known to exceed 3-5 feet in length under certain conditions! This plant brings the perfect "wow" factor to low-tech or low-light aquaria.
